Terms of Use
Short, readable terms for using the One Xpartner Football part iOS app.

Acceptance
By downloading or using One Xpartner Football part you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own for your own training. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or repackage the app or its drill content.
Training safety
The drills and plans are general training guidance, not medical or professional coaching advice. Warm up properly, train on a safe surface, use suitable footwear and stop if you feel pain. Consult a doctor before starting a new training programme if you have any health concerns. You train at your own risk.
Your content and data
Custom sessions, history and your profile picture stay on your device. You are responsible for that data; deleting the app deletes it permanently and we cannot recover it.
Availability and changes
The app works offline and does not depend on our servers. We may update it to add drills, fix issues or improve the experience, and features may change between versions.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any injury, loss of data or other damages arising from use of the app.
Governing terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Updates to these terms will be published on this page.
